SLS Consulting, LLC (“SLS”) is a woman–owned small business operating in South Carolina and serving clients in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.
Established in 2004 and headquartered in Santee, South Carolina, SLS’s experienced HR professionals conduct objective workplace investigations regarding discrimination and harassment complaints. Our investigations are recommended by many legal firms as they are thorough and we provide a detailed investigation report to help senior management determine the necessary response after the investigation is concluded.
Our firm also provides 360 Performance Reviews and other Senior HR-Level assistance in employee management.
We also provide assistance in matching employer needs with other HR firms in their area.

Our team is comprised of senior-level HR experts. Combined, the SLS team has over 100 years of HR experience. All have senior certifications in human resource management through the Society of HR Management. Each SLS consultant has experience as the head of an HR department in various industries, including non-profit, for-profit, government, quasi-government, and government contracting.
