Workplace Investigations –

When an employee makes a complaint of harassment or discrimination, it is essential that an employer acts quickly. While some investigations may be conducted in-house, if the alleged harasser is a manager, owner, or other person in authority, it is often more appropriate to have an objective third-party conduct the investigation. Our team of experts understand the clients want the investigator to begin quickly and provide a respectful, yet thorough inquiry in order to get to the truth.

360-Degree Performance Reviews –

Managers are often cordial and professional when dealing with their superiors, but what “really happens” when they work with their subordinates? Are they effective? Approachable? A Servant Leader or a Jerk? Our 360 degree performance review provides a review where not just managers provide feedback, but subordinates and peers can also weigh in on the person’s performance. This computer-based program is overseen by the SLS Team, so employees are more comfortable knowing that their responses go through a third-party and individual submissions are kept confidential. The final report includes comparisons of responses from different sets of raters. The participant and their manager can learn ways to help make the person more effective at work. Often eye-opening, we recommend this type of review every five years for managers.
